***Touch ups are included in price****** Permanent eyeliner is a specific type of permanent makeup used to enhance the shape of your eyes. It is done by drawing a thin line (or thick one, depending on customer preference) on the upper and lower eyelid. If the client needs both top and bottom, there will be a $50 charge! $250 for both top and bottom in total.
